Notawaste

Notawaste is a project about recyclability. The material was developed by my friend J and myself. We found a way to recycle old plastic trash bags safely to create a new material that can be used in a multitude of ways. The boundary for this polyurethane material has still not reached its peak yet. This project is ongoing but was put on pause due to the pandemic. I have used one of our bags for over two years now and has kept firm which shows how durable this material can be.  The project was shot in spring but the garments were created in 2020.
